Apartments approaching completion in Wellingborough

With the scaffolding being struck construction work is entering the final stages at the site of the former Dun Cow public house on Gold Street in Wellingborough. Working with Westleigh Developments Ltd, brp architects have designed a 26 unit apartment scheme that will provide a mix of 1 and 2-bedroom general needs apartments with car parking and amenity spaces. The scheme has been designed to compliment our neighbouring contemporary Knights Court development and also forms the first part of a wider town centre regeneration plan as instigated by the Borough Council of Wellingborough.

As the focus switches to applying the finishing touches to the interiors as well as preparing the landscaping and external works the project will shortly draw to a close, with completion scheduled for August, and will represent the successful delivery of our fifth successful project on behalf of Wellingborough Homes.
