BRP project selected as ‘Inspirational Home’
BRP are pleased to announce that their bespoke residential dwelling at Hunts Lane, Hallaton has recently won an ‘Inspirational Home’ award from the Almshouse Association.
The scheme, completed in Summer 2021, provides a single bungalow on an elevated site in close proximity to St Michael and All Angels church. BRP were pleased to assist the Hallaton and Isabella Stenning Trust (HIST) in delivering what has become a hugely successful project despite numerous obstacles that were encountered along the way, culminating in construction works commencing on site just as the full impact of the first Covid lockdown hit!
Building on the success of this project
Building on the success of Hunts Lane, BRP are delighted to be involved with the next project for HIST – a scheme of two 1-bedroom units at Hog Lane. This is currently in the final stages of the technical design process and is something that we hope will be commencing on site in Spring 2024!
